We are looking for energetic and ambitious candidate to support our business expansion:

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for site management to ensure the progress, safety, environmental, document record, progress, quality and resource utilization are conform with client’s requirement;
• Prepare regular reporting for client’s review of project performance until completion of project satisfactorily;
• Coordinate and monitor with on-site contractors and/or sub-contractors on their work progress and liaise with various external consultants and clients to resolve site issues;
• Arrange material submission and relevant meetings with clients and contractors.

Requirements:

• Certificate or above in Engineering or relevant subjects is preferable; 
• Minimum 10 years' practical site supervision experience for Main Contractors in which 4 years in Finishing / Fitting-out works for construction site management is preferable;
• Practical experience in E&M projects is preferable;
• Holder of Safety Supervisor Certificate and/or other license is preferable;
  
• Must possess the ability to read AutoCAD and/or other construction drawings;
• Good command of both written, reading and speaking of English and Chinese;
• Project administration experience would be an advantage;
• Proactive, responsible with strong leadership as well as interpersonal skills;
• Immediate available is highly preferred.
