※ Coordinate with multi parties such as Client, Design Institute, General Contractor, Suppliers and so on within authorized scope.

在授权范围内协调各方项目参与者的工作，如业主，设计院，总包及供应商等

※ Supervise the project progress, quality and cost control especially on civil works

监督项目有关土建方面的进程，质量及成本控制

※ Problem finding and solving in prompt and proper

适时发现问题，智慧解决问题

任职要求：

① Civil engineering education background, Bachelor or above

建筑工程土建专业，本科学士或以上

② Minimal 5 years’working experience in construction field; candidate with international project's background is preferred.

5年以上建筑土建工程的工作经验，曾参与过国际性工程项目（工业自动化厂房）者优先

③ Excellent communication skill

良好的沟通能力

④ Fluent Chinese, good English knowledge both in oral and written

流利的中文，英语说写能力佳

⑤ Sound knowledge in MS office, MS Project, AutoCAD and PPT

熟悉办公软件，CAD绘图软件及PPT

⑥ Diligent, independence and cretative

具独立工作能力，勤奋并有创新意识

⑦ Professional qualification certificates in related principles are appreciated (Registered Consulting Engineer)

持相关专业资格证书者尤佳，但不是必须（注册咨询工程师）
