We are now recruiting for a Site Administration / Coordination personnel to be based in our Castle Peak site Office to become in integrated member of our site based operational team in Hong Kong. The purpose of this role is to provide administration and controls support to the business, coordinate the daily activities associated with smooth operations, from handling of suppliers, deliveries, training procedure and arrangements , invoices to procurement of support services / equipment and management of timesheets, attendance records and the general administration of a site based office.

Ideally you will possess some formal qualifications in a technically related subject, and have experience of construction and/or engineering organisations. The ability to communicate effectively at all levels is important as there will be extensive local customer and sub-contractor interaction. Experience of Microsoft office and business operating system would be an advantage.
