Job Description： 

• Provide end-to-end supply chain consulting services for internal and external manufacturing enterprises, undertake “order to delivery” as the core  

• Work with digital experts and consultants in other related fields to sort out the end-to-end digital supply chain management process, prepare digital supply chain diagnosis report, and provide valuable improvement suggestions for customers 

• Provide supply chain management optimization consulting services for manufacturing enterprises, independently undertake supply chain topics or small projects, focus on the areas of sales forecast, demand planning, manufacturing planning, order fulfillment, and end-to-end order to delivery monitoring   

• Act as expertise in the delivery project, provide structural business consulting know-how and host change management topics, work closely with each party in the project (customer, partner etc.) 

• Complete other tasks assigned by department leader or project manager  

Qualification： 

• Experience in end-to-end business process of customer journey management, especially in the business areas of “order-to-delivery” management  

• Familiar with the supply chain management model of European and American enterprises, and have a systematic understanding of supply chain related areas, e.g. demand planning, S&OP, manufacturing planning, order fulfillment, end-to-end order to delivery monitoring and optimization, supply chain KPI etc.  

• Familiar with supply chain planning related digital solution is plus 

• At least 3 – 5 years consulting experience in consulting firm with relevant project experience, worked as an executive project manager is plus, additional 3 – 5 years supply chain operational management experience or supply chain planning in manufacturing enterprise is must for senior consultant position  

• Data analysis capability with Power BI or Tableau is preferred 

• Understand the basic functions of SAP ERP, SAP PP module use experience is plus 

• Excellent ability of structured thinking and logical expression, strong communication skills
