Job Description
What you'll do Manage the full cycle recruitment process including sourcing, screening, ‎ facilitate interview process and deliver offer package to successful candidates ‎ Demonstrate understanding of business operations, talent needs, and job ‎ requirements to assess ‎ candidate quality, skills and overall fit to identify the best ‎ candidate for each position. ‎ Leverage multiple sourcing strategies and channels to identify, engage and secure top ‎ talent Act as an advocate for both client and candidate throughout the hiring process; establishing regular touch‎ points and providing diligent follow through resulting in a best-in-class candidate‎ experience Interface on training topics with consultants and act as the bridge between different tribes Support training facilitation & scheduling based on latest office training plan Be a thought partner and consult with leaders to influence and establish talent decisions, define‎ strategies, and deliver innovative solutions What you'll need Bachelor’s degree; advanced degree a plus 2+ years of recruiting experience gained while working within an executive search firm and/or corporate recruiting function focused on identifying, attracting and hiring highly talented experienced professionals Experience in sourcing for consulting profiles both at the junior and senior level is highly desirable Comfort in managing the full lifecycle of recruiting candidates including highly developed skills in market mapping, name generation, cold calling, candidate attraction and client management Ability to pro-actively take initiative and is comfortable working with minimal direction Able to cultivate trust-based relationships with partners, peers, vendors and candidates Strong skills in discernment; ability to evaluate intellectual depth and problem-solving skills of candidates Strong interpersonal, communication, and team skills; ability to build working relationships with candidates, consultants, and recruiting colleagues Flexible and comfortable with ambiguity; at ease with abundance of details and complexity yet mindful of big picture Exceptional organizational and administrative skills; ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize them and carry them out independently Strong computer and analytical skills; proficient with Excel and PowerPoint Flexible to travel and work outside of standard office hours Fluency in Mandarin and English Organization: Advanta Company: Siemens Ltd., China Experience Level: Experienced Professional Job Type: Full-time
