Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of a small café / shop in our Marina Clubhouse
• Order, procure, and stock all shop supplies to maintain adequate stock levels at all times
• Price, promote, and sell various products & items in the shop and handle sales reconciliation
• Greet and interact with all members and guests in a courteous and cordial manner
• Maintain a high standard of food & hygienesafety

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in shop keeping, simple food and beverage preparation, merchandizing & sales activities, preferably in club or hotel industry
• Customer service oriented and able to anticipate members' needs with good interpersonal skills
• A good team player with strong communication skills and able to work independently
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese
• Willing to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays
