Job duties:

• Responsible for daily operation of the cake shop.
• Prepare or serve hot or cold beverages, such as coffee, espresso drinks, blended coffees and teas.
• Handle customers' orders and enquiries.
• Provide excellent and consistent customer service to customers.
• Maintain cleanliness of the entire shop.
• Manage delivery arrangements and process orders.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years relevant working experience (non mandatory)
• Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin, good spoken English is an advantage.
• Great interpersonal skills, manner and presentation.
• Punctual, organised and able to work under pressure.

Full time: From HK$ 13,500
Part time: Hourly rate from $50
