?岗位职责:
提供高质量的服务使客人就餐愉快;Offer a high level of service to customers, making all their visits enjoyable.
?迎宾、问候、安排客人就座和向客人道别;Meet, greet, seat and farewell customers at the restaurant.
?点单、供应食物和酒水及撤桌;Take orders, serve and clear tables with food and beverages.
?依照餐厅指南培训前厅员工;Train floor staff according to restaurant training guidelines.
?监管其他服务员的工作,确保餐厅布置、服务和结算工作无误地完成;Supervise waiters on setting up, serving and closing to make sure all is completed without any mistakes.
?监管服务员完成订餐信息的记录、餐桌布置和订餐信息的再次确认;Supervise service staff on dining reservation & confirmation, setting up.
?依照餐厅指南妥善处理顾客投诉以给顾客留下满意的深刻印象;Handle complaints according to guidelines and so that it leaves customers satisfied and impressed.
?积极向潜在客户推销餐厅业务;Positively promote restaurant promotions to potential clients.
?及时与店长/副店长就任何有关服务的问题或者变更事项进行交流;Communicate with the shop GM/assist shop GM regarding any problems or changes needed with service.
?每次换班之前要做好清帐以确保收银工作的高准确度和真实性;Balance the registration at the end of the shift to ensure a high level of accuracy and realness.
?确保服务期间员工和顾客的安全;Ensure the safety of staff and customers during service.
?确保酒精饮品责任服务方针的落实;Ensure responsible service of alcohol policies are implemented.
?确保全体服务员落实食品卫生管理办法,食物清洁要到位;Ensure all hygienic policies are implemented by service staff.
?维护吧台的库存和安全Maintain bar stock and security.
?能不断接受并执行分配的新任务Carry out any other duties as advised from time to time.
上岗基本条件Basic requirements:
?具有高中以上文化程度,熟悉餐饮行业管理知识;Above senior high school, be familiar with F&B management.
?年龄在25-45周岁之间;Age between 25-45 years old.
?从事餐饮管理工作经验3年以上;Above3-year management experience in F&B.
?具有较强的组织、分析、公关、协调、领导能力及主人翁精神;With strong organization, analysis, public relations, coordination and leadership skills and ownership.
?身心健康,能吃苦耐劳,个人仪容仪表整洁,具有团队精神;Physical & mental healthy, hard working, good personal grooming, with team spirit.
?具有基本的中英文沟通能力。Basic communication skills in both Chinese and English.
?简单使用办公软件;Basic knowledge on office software.
?灵活的工作时间;Flexible working hours.
?对产品品质,服务质量等工作具有基本的管理能力。Basic management ability on product quality and service quality.
