Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Sales order follow up
• Communicate with factory to ensure the shipment on time to meet customer Delivery deadline
• Prepare shipping marks and the related documents, such as PO/PI
• Arrange the shipment per customer's shipping instructions
• Contact Carrier/Forwarder for vessel schedule and booking arrangement
• Prepare inspection booking and communicate with customer for inspection before delivery
• Handle full set I/E shipping documents and Import/Export Declaration independently
• Provide accurate shipping documents to customer/submit documents to Bank
• Handle ah-hoc tasks as required

       Requirements:

• Form 7 or above
• At least 3 years relevant experience
• Good command of English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Knowledge of LC incoterms
• Proficient in Ms Office (Excel & Words) and Chinese word processing
• Good working attitude to work as individual
• Immediately available is preferred
