Shipping and Logistic Work responsibilities

• Follow up all shipment arrangement shipped from office and from suppliers.跟进所有从办公室和供应商发货的安排
• coordinate with the internal colleague, the factory and the forwarder to arrange the booking. Air and sea shipment.和内部同事，工厂和货代协调空运和海运订舱安排事宜。
• Arranging DHL, UPS, TNT FedEx and other curriers per requirements. 根据要求安排DHL、UPS、TNT FedEx
• Make the relevant shipping doc to the client and issue the related shipping schedule 向客户制作相关的装运单据并发布相关的装运时间表
• Follow up import material issue.跟进进口材料事务
• Follow up logistic issue, related to truck and transportation跟进物流，有关卡车和运输方面的事务
• Other issues under shipping and Logistics issue that will be required. 其他有关船务和物流方面的事务

Requirement: 要求

1. With 2-4 years shipping relative working experience.2-4年船务工作经验

2. Be familiar with the shipping procedure, customs clearance and all shipping full documents knowledge of Import & Export.

熟悉进出口业务流程、报关及相关单证知识

2. Familiar with office software (like Excel, Word, PPT) .熟悉办公软件操作

3. Good summarized and writing ability . 良好的总结及写作能力

4. Good negotiate and Coordination ability, careful and patient，良好的谈判及合作能力，细心有耐心

5. Good team work，良好团队合作精神

6. Good English (oral/writing listening).良好英语

7. It is part time job. For maternal leave from June-December 2019.
