3Shape China is looking for a Shipping Manager to join our Global Supply Chain Department.

Over the past 10 years, 3Shape has successfully launched several revolutionary optical 3D scanner products, serving the audiological and dental restoration industries. 3Shape is ranked as one of the most influential within the global dental technology. It has taken talents to get there and we have ambitions to achieve even more.

You will be part of our Global Supply Chain, with Planning colleagues in Poland, Denmark and US.

Your Profile:

• Experience within Shipping (import & Export) - min 3 years

• Good basic ERP knowledge - Microsoft Dynamics AX knowledge (would be an advantage)

• Computer literacy (MS Office – mainly Excel),

• Organized, flexible and quick to learn,

• Fluent in English, both verbally and writing.

• Able to work across time zones

Your Responsibility:

• Being the company specialist in China import and Export

• Ownership and management of shipments of Dangerous goods

• Local China transport agreements and cost reductions

• Secure all shipments are fulfilling local requirements and included all needed paperwork

• Cooperate with the global shipping teams in Denmark, USA and Poland

• Weekly & monthly reporting
