Job Description

Responsibilities 

• Responsible for handling shipping document, prepare full sets of export document including B/L, AWB, invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, certificate of insurance, Letter of Credit and handle Customs declaration (Tradelink).
• Follow up shipment booking and handle all logistics activities with internal and external parties
• Co-ordinate with freight forwarder/courier for booking, goods collection, schedule planning and monitor on-time customs clearance.
• Handle customer enquiry and follow up
• Provide clerical support to the team; and
• Ad-hoc assignments as requested

Requirements:

• Diploma, Certificate holder or above in Shipping, Logistics, or related disciplines
• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
• Hands-on computer applications, e.g., Word, Excel, Access & PowerPoint
• Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Immediate available would be an advantage
