Shenzhen, Visual art teacher – (sculpture, ceramics, or other 3-dimensional arts) position is available, starting in August,2024.

PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES
■ Teach 3-dimensional art and design classes including foundational drawing and three-dimensional art to high school students.
■ Design student-oriented, studio-based curriculum, including unit plans, pacing guide and lesson plan, that aligns with the visual art department's course standards.
■ Delivery high quality instruction to students and provide performance-based assessment to promote students learning and growth.
■ Manage art studio and supervise students' use of studio equipment.
■ Create a positive and active learning culture.
■ Participate in school and department meetings, curate exhibitions, and other departmental and/or school-wide events, contribute ideas and provide support to improve the school.

QUALIFICATIONS
■ Bachelor’s Degree in sculpture/ceramic/product design/industrial design/architectural design, or other related majors specializing in three-dimensional mediums is required; proficiency in 3-d digital programs is a plus; Master’s Degree is preferred. Education from top university of English-Speaking Countries is a plus.
■ Speak fluent mandarin and English. Able to teach in English.
■ International school teaching experience is a big plus.
