主要工作职责:

1.筛选、聘用、入职、培训和带教团队成员在每日每个排班中保持整体运作的卓越和非比寻常的热情,通过源源不断的努力达到期望的财报表现;

2.建立和拥护SHACK PACT的文化,激励所有层级的员工具备冠军表现;

3.积极推动员工成长计划,指导培训系统的设计能够培养未来的领导者;

4.监管员工表现,在必要的时候,纠正或制止不当的行为;

5.管理和确保在采购、收取、会计、薪资、库存、人力资源和其他系统及日常流程方面,全部按照SHACK的标准执行,以保证财务方面的可操作性;

6.保持门店各个设备的清洁及美观,以确保提供符合公司要求的顾客服务品质;

7.通过不断的努力,与团队、顾客、社区及供应商建立和培养友好关系,持续坚持殷勤款待的5大原则;

8.管理团队领导(适当的时候),确保他们的积极性并恰当的管理每个班次,员工排班,降低客人等待时间和厨房沟通的有效性,同时确保合理的食物成本;

9.遵守现金处理标准流程,确保员工、所有现金和信用卡交易的安全;

10.遵守劳动法,卫生部门和酒类使用的相关法律、法规;

11.指导和管理值班经理,确保门店任何时候有足够的人员配置。


主要岗位要求:

3年及以上饮食行业门店管理经验

熟悉相关用工以及法律政策

大专以上优先,可以用英语交流

出色的领导力和管理技能

良好的沟通和指导技能

强大的组织和社交能力

良好的情绪管理能力

出色的人才培养能力

能承担压力及结果导向

独当一面及高效率工作


Key Responsibilities:

  • Selects, hires, on-boards, trains and coaches team members in a continuous effort to achieve desired financial performance while maintaining overall operational excellence and achieving uncommon hospitality every day on every shift.

  • Builds and maintains a culture that embraces the SHACK PACT and motivates all levels of employees to achieve championship performance.

  • Actively provides employees with plans for growth and directs the training systems designed to develop future leaders.

  • Manages employee performance and institutes corrective action and/or termination when appropriate.

  • Manages and ensures that all Purchasing, Receiving, Accounting, Payroll, Inventory, HR and other systems and procedures are followed according to SHACK standards to ensure a financially viable operation.

  • Manages the facility to ensure that it is aesthetically appealing and clean, and ensures that all equipment functions properly in order to serve all guests to our standards.

  • Manages and cultivates relationships with the team, the guests, the community and vendors in a continual effort to espouse the 5 Tenets of Enlightened Hospitality.

  • Manages the Team Leaders (when applicable) to ensure they are positively and appropriately leading the shift, breaking employees, driving wait times, and communicating effectively in the kitchen, while working to accomplish appropriate food costs, ticket averages and quality standards.

  • Manages and ensures that all cash handling standards and procedures are followed to ensure the safe-keeping of our employees and the security of all cash and credit card transactions.

  • Ensures compliance with wage and hour, Department of Health, and applicable liquor laws and regulations.

  • Directs and manages the Shift Manager(s) to ensure that the Shack is in good hands at all times.


Qalifications & Requirement:

  • Degree from an accredited institution, prior management experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience. Good English language skills.

    Able to use a personal computer and other software programs and to read, analyze and interpret various reports and documents.

    Knowledge of applicable wage and hour and employment laws applicable to the workplace.
