at a high pace, we see major growth opportunity for the company as well as for
our people in expanding both our Attached as well as our Managed Services
business – while getting prepared for becoming an end to end solution
provider. In Lenovo, PC Services have ever been a strong revenue and profit
contributor. Now we aspire to take this business to the next level both by
driving our existing, hardware focused offerings but also by driving new areas
of managed services and device as a service offering. Having these priorities
in mind we are looking for exceptional candidates into the role of Services
Sales Specialist.
As Services Sales Specialist you will be responsible for driving IDG Services
in our Enterprise and Public Sector accounts and support both the Services
Sales Executives as well as the teams of Account Managers. Your
responsibilities include:
• Drives territory and account planning with the hardware sales teams deriving
strategies to increase the services penetration rate
• Qualifies, Develops and closes services opportunities together with the
extended Lenovo teams or on their own
• Focuses on larger deals for both close to the box as well as managed
services solutions
• Establishes a professional working relationship with internal and external
stakeholders and develops a core understanding of the unique business needs.
• Supports the services and general sales teams in their efforts to maximize
services in their assigned accounts
• Provides guidance around technology, tools and processes to enable closure
of key deals
• Is responsible for achieving/managing quarterly, half yearly or yearly
services revenue quotas.
• Acts as an interface for local Sales teams, Business Partners and Key
Stakeholders
This role reports into the EMEA Sales Leader for Services into Enterprise,
Public Sector and Global accounts and regional services lead but cooperates
very closely with the local sales teams.
#### Position Requirements:
\- 3+ years’ experience of selling PC related services to Large Enterprises
and/or the Public sector
\- Effective territory/account management: planning, opportunity qualification
and creation, stakeholder and executive communication, needs analysis, value
engineering, services/partner engagement, opportunity management, pipeline
management
\- The position requires the ability to articulate and present the business
value of Lenovo's Services solutions and have a firm understanding of industry
strategies and products;
\- Excellent team-player skills to cooperate with internal and external
stakeholders
\- Ability to prioritize and manage daily workload effectively and in line
with the requirements of the business
\- Ability to combine independent components into a total solution of superior
value and get the sales-teams buy in to prioritize the solution over single
interests
\- Understanding of partner ecosystems and the ability to leverage partner
solutions to solve customer needs.
\- Business Fluent English
