#### Position Description:
We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Communications Professional who will
bring flair and enthusiasm to the team along with innovative ideas.
As our Services Marketing Manager you should be a self-starter entrepreneurial
individual, capable of multitasking, not afraid of tight deadlines and looking
for results that you will deliver. You should bring wealth of experience
working inside the international marketing environment with widely spread team
and responsibilities.
Your responsibilities are:
• Provide marketing support via established and innovative routes and work
with EMEA and Region HQ staff to develop a marketing strategy that supports
recurring Services revenue growth
• Promote Lenovo products by developing brand awareness for our service
offerings and ensure maximum coverage and visibility for Services offerings in
centrally driven marketing campaigns
• Manage the Lenovo Services EMEA marketing communication including internal
sales tools, tactics and promotions, internal sales portal, channel Business
Partners communication and portals, external Services web pages and customer
newsletter
• Manage creation of marketing material, both Internal and External to promote
the Services portfolio and division, this will include localization of global
master templates and management of translations within approved budget
• Work with Marketing and Sales enablement teams to bring Services offer in
centrally driven campaigns and assist in developing and reviewing sales and
marketing material
• Support the EMEA Sales Enablement Team in delivering service collateral and
regular portfolio updates. This will involve working with a small team in
Slovakia, and a team of business development managers in all of our major
countries across EMEA geography
• Co-operation with brand product managers and regional executives to promote
and generate Services together with hardware products within their regions
#### Position Requirements:
\- Bachelor’s degree with minimum 7 years’ experience directly in similar
roles
\- Sales and Marketing Experience - technical B2B sales and marketing skills,
internal sales communication with a sense of integrated marketing
communication, creative production and advertising, promotion, market
research, developing and selling concepts etc.
\- Excellent presentation skills and Excellent written and verbal skills –
business fluent English (Knowledge of another language is a plus)
\- Process focused: to be able to follow and apply policies, procedures and
systems of the company. Understand the requirements and impacts from all
stakeholders, working with Operations and WW Services Teams to ensure smooth,
lean and efficient delivery of outcomes for customers.
\- Solid working experience with MS Office tools, especially MS PowerPoint.
Adobe InDesign working knowledge is an advantage.
\- Willingness to travel based on the needs of the business (approx. 30%).
