As our new Services Account Executive you will develop and close opportunities that deliver industry-aligned digital transformation solutions and enable these customer outcomes.

Responsibilities

Microsoft Services Account Leadership

 

  • Leading account planning for the Microsoft Services account-aligned team, leveraging the sales plays to address your customer’s needs
  • Working with the Enterprise Commercial Account Executive to ensure that Microsoft Services planning is integral to the overall Account Plan and Enterprise Operating Unit strategy
     

Execution

 

  • Qualifying, driving and closing opportunities to accelerate customer digital transformation
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction, managing, escalating, and/or orchestrating sales and delivery success
  • Meeting or exceeding revenue and core priority targets, executing in accordance with prescribed Microsoft methods, processes and tools

Qualifications

  • Proven technology-related solution sales and/or consulting experience and track record of success in consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets, with an ability to execute sales methods, processes and tools
  • Proven ability to engage Business Decision Makers as well as Technical Decision Makers
  • Proven ability to inspire and influence internal stakeholders across the organization
  • Proven industry knowledge and depth, ideally with experience in multiple sectors and industries and ability to create a case for customer change, translating Enterprise Services solutions into customer business Impact and articulating industry subject matter expertise and position end to end lifecycle customer solutions
  • Deal orchestration ability to ensure success through effective collaboration and communication with virtual teams leveraging people, processes and tools effectively to accelerate deal velocity
