General Summary
As a member of Global IT Infrastructure team, this position mainly provides Servicedesk Services, PC support and Information and Communication Services (ICS) administration work to onsite or remote company users. Ideal candidate has solid support skills at Windows PC support, network administration, office software and other ICS related devices support, and can work under pressure.
Job Description
- Provide onsite or on-call ServiceDesk support for internal users. Help users in various PC problems, including Windows OS, Office software, Lotus Notes emails, remote connection...etc.
- Log and track user's requests in the system
- Resolve all kind of IT related equipment problems in office, like telephone systems, printers...etc
- IT Assets log and tracking, computers leasing under company procedures
- Report and escalate certain IT problems
- Other ad hoc projects assigned by team lead
- Capable to work independently; Report to team lead closely
- The candidate may need travel to other cities occasionally
Qualifications
College/Bachelor/undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent professional Education
2-3 years related work experience
Both oral and written English skills are required
The qualified candidate should also be familiar with following skills:
- Microsoft Windows 10 or other client OS installation and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office software and back office application
- Knowledge of email service on server or client side. Lotus Notes experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of HP printers, Dell PCs
- knowledge of switches, wireless AP, network cable
- Good customer service attitude and passion
- Good communication and soft skills are required.
- Good Team Player
MCSA/CCNA/MCSE certificate is a plus.
