• Spare parts quotation making and follow up and order handling
• Modernization quotation making and order handling
• Import and export custom clearance document preparation
• Warranty case handling
• First level trouble-shooting support
• Emergency cases handling and support such as machine breakdown
• Field service quotation and order handling
• All the commercial function such as payment collect, issue invoice and open receivable chasing
• Customer complaint handling
• Service product promotion such as training, service kits, SLA？？

• Bachelor degree, Major in mechanical or electrical engineer is preferred.
• Has working experience in machinery industry , Has working experience as sales support or field service engineer in PA industry is prefferred.
• ？knowldege of SAP, Microsoft office tool such as word, excel, outlook.

• High sense of responsibility

• Good commercial skill

• Can work under high pressure

• Sales skill such as negotiation skill

• Good oral and written English skill
