Overall Responsibilities:

• Customer service at customer site

• Requires travel

• Repair and modification of machinery and automation system.

• Able to sketch or convey modifications required to details

• Production support, analysis and conduct site acceptance process

• Knowledge of PLC, Vision and Robotic is an advantage

• Service contract fulfillment. Work with manager for specific goals to be accomplished each visit.

• May require non-standard hours, 1st, 2nd or 3rd shifts etc.

• At Lanco

• Logging customer inquiries and working on outstanding issues

• Shipping- as relates to general parts or machine shipments

• Primary function to work with engineering, software and manufacturing as required to complete open issues for customer field equipment

• Secondary function to work in manufacturing when required

• Assembly of components and organization of materials prior to field installation

• Document changes from field work and follow through to ensure engineering update
  

Education and Other Requirements:

• A.D./ Higher diploma or above in Mechanical or Electrical discipline and/or 3-5 years direct work experience

• Understanding of Machine Acceptance processes and performance

• Complete in-house training:

• Knowledge of machine tools

• Electrical standards, signal cable wiring, pneumatics

• Mechanical assembly and debugging

• Good command of English and Mandarin

• Own good communicative skills and teamwork spirit
