Job Description
What you will do:
Customer needs analysis and justify the new offering items and develop
differential new offerings/packages of service in timeline and valuable outputs,
Lead NPD project process and has strong project results planning and
tracking job, need to coordinate other related resources to work
commercialize offering for deliverable materials, Brochure, Catalogs,
Sales friendly tools and Selling talking points with customer and internal
sales,
Lead or demonstrate to promote and coach sales on how to sell out
offerings to grasp the target customer, target install based equipment.
Plan/management Service Market events from China overall and set budget
and manage events significant connected business results and meaningful.
Owned offering yearly order-secured targets performance,
What we look for:
Analytical skill is required,
have good marketing ways/experience to find product growth opportunities,
Has sales or customer
service experience is must, customer focus and needs oriented style,
Has offering MKT or
offering development and commercialization experience,
Familiar with
HVAC/Control industry, should be familiar with service nature experience in
past, have MNC company working experience, can cross team to align and go for
Strong people
management skill is preferred, require good communication skills
Can be travel in
frequent for meeting purpose,
Fluent skills in
Chinese & English communication verbally and in written;
Standardize existing offerings & proposals on both technical &
sales sides, lead/coordinate the technical sub team to well done it currently
and continuous improvement,
