Amazon Global Selling has been helping individuals and businesses increase sales and reach new customers around the globe. Today, more than 50% of Amazon's total unit sales come from third-party selection. The Global Selling team in China is responsible for recruiting local businesses to sell on Amazon’s 14 overseas marketplaces, and supporting local Sellers’ success and growth on the Amazon. Our vision is to be the first choice for all types of Chinese business to go globally.
We are looking for a consulting specialist who has extensive knowledge of service design and the ability to provide innovative ideas for solutions that will help support the needs of Sellers. As a consulting specialist, you will understand the needs of Sellers, find out how Sellers are using our consulting services and identify ways to improve current services or opportunities for a new service or product.
The qualified candidate should be a self-driven individual with excellent analytical, structured thinking, and problem-solving skills, preferably with knowledge of cross-border e-commerce domains, and the ability to aggregate and translate domain expertise into consulting solutions that are easy to understand and implement. Above all, you will have a passion for learning and desire to solve tough business problems.
Key job responsibilities
1. Conduct thorough analysis of Sellers’ pain points and requirements to identify service gaps and opportunities
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business, product, operation and PMO to design solutions to fulfill Seller needs and support Seller business growth
3. Develop contents on methodology, best practices, industry trend and Amazon programs and products
4. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new market opportunities and service offering ideas
