We want YOU to join our team in the capacity of: Service Manager (m/f/d) - Railway Planning and Disposition Systems More than 400 employees use innovative software solutions to ensure that traffic runs smoothly and that millions of passengers are optimally informed. Our software and mobility specialists develop tailor-made solutions for planning, dispatching and mobile information systems for transport companies. From the timetable idea to the disposition under the rolling wheel, our timetable construction and management system TPS optimizes the operation of railway companies. Your tasks: Management and further development of an effective IT service management for our software products and hosting offers in accordance with ITIL or a comparable service process framework as well as any necessary escalation You develop and manage a service dashboard that enables monitoring based on defined KPIs You ensure standardized service reporting You prepare internal and external service reviews and conduct service review meetings with the customer You plan patch releases and coordinate these internally and externally Resource planning to ensure service and support You check the running costs and ensure through successful work that service penalties are avoided Your profile: You have completed a master's or bachelor's degree in computer science or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience Alternatively, you have completed training in IT with several years of professional experience You also have relevant professional experience in the support area Ideally, you can fall back on experience in project management and certified ITIL knowledge You have a high level of initiative and a sense of responsibility You are characterized by a careful and structured way of working You would like to get involved in our team, you are committed to promoting issues and appreciate the challenge of quickly familiarizing yourself with new tasks Experience with business requirements and problem analysis You can work in English Our offer: Exciting and varied work environment Employment in a multinational company Flat hierarchies and work in an experienced and friendly team Mobile work is possible It's all in the mix: interdisciplinary, professional, innovative A well-balanced feel-good package: flexible working hours that enable a life-work balance.
