Job Description

Job Description:

1. Actively manage operational risk through proactive actions and insights.

2. Facilitate collaboration and joint planning between Efort services teams through the creation of a services community focused around customer experience.

3. Maintain client-related knowledge and share as needed with internal teams.

4. Build a trusted-advisor relationship with customer teams, both executive and operational.

5. Identify customer onboarding and training needs and advise on trainings to improve utilization and value.

6. Manage and Track Customer Satisfaction.

7. Improve the customer experience by driving cross-functional process improvements within Efort and with customers.

8. Articulate customer business needs to cross-functional organizations to improve, enhance existing offers or to create new services offers.

9. Serve as a focal point for communication and incident management during critical events Manage Service Delivery.

10. Evaluate and communicate KPIs and system metrics, and develop value-driven joint-roadmap activities via technical and executive reviews.

11. Prepare and execute customer success plan to achieve customer desired outcomes.

12. Drive self-service/best-in-class capabilities to predict and address operational challenges Provide Technical Advice.

13. Provide ongoing, high-level technical leadership and align services mission and strategy for customers across multiple Efort service organizations.

Qualification:

1. Bachelor degree and above.

2.3+ years’ experience working in a customer-focused environment.

3.5+ years’ experience working in a technology company in a technical capacity.

4. Prior experience with driving operational excellence at B to B company.

5.Influential and collaborative with a cross-functional diverse workforce.

6. Ability to prioritize and perform effectively in a highly dynamic work environment.

7.Effectively grasp and distinctly explain technological and business concepts.

8. Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, process-driven mindset, and resourcefulness.

9.Effective at leading and facilitating executive meetings and workshops.

10.Strategic thinker with vision and the ability to identify granular details.

11.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical ideas for non-technical audiences.

12.Strong client management and change management skills.

13.Passionate about customer success.
