该职位汇报给中国区服务维修经理，办公地点在上海。主要负责产品维修，维护及校准服务。与其他团队合作共同发展中国区的售后服务。

工作职责：

• 日常服务包括产品修理，维护，软件升级。
• 负责客户及销售团队的技术及产品支持。
• 收集产品及服务相关信息，维护服务数据库并及时反馈给工厂。
• 配件存货管理。
• 为客户提供现场维修及技术支持。
• 根据公司要求完成其他相关工作。

应聘条件：

• 电子工程本科毕业或者相关学历者优先
• 至少3年以上相关领域服务及维修工作经验
• 擅长使用各类维修工具及仪器
• 具备良好的沟通能力，人际关系能力
• 熟练的英语听说读写能力
• 具备良好的计算机及软件技能

Position Description:

Reporting to the Service Manager China. This position will locate in Shanghai. Responsible for product repair, maintenance and calibration work. Work closely with other team member to develop service business in China.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Daily service work handling including product repair and maintenance, software upgrading.
• Responsible for technical and product support to customers and sales organization.
• Collect product and service information to maintain the service database and feedback to factory.
• Management of spare parts and stocks for service work.
• Other job related work required by the company.

Education & Experience:

• College degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent is preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of service and repair work experiences on related industry products.
• Good knowledge on using repair and service instruments and tools.
• Strong communications skill. Fluent in Chinese and English.
• Able and willing to business travel frequently.
• Good in computer and software skills.
