Quality Gate installations

?Install Quality Gates as part of Mapvision delivery projects or system relocation

Quality Gate support and maintenance

?Maintain, calibrate and update hardware and software so that Quality Gates are performing correctly and optimally

?Take ownership of reported customer issues

?Troubleshoot and help customers with expert advice and service on site and off site

Customer trainings

?Visit customer site to train and support

?Give basic trainings, production process consultation and audit support

Follow business and product processes and procedures

?Continuously develop and update own competence on Mapvision products, tools and processes

?Systematically report findings for improvement

Qualification:

General Skills

• Good communication skills in Chinese and English

• Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
  

Mgt and Leadership Skills

• Good communication and presentation skills

• Be able to make normal day by day technical decisions independently

• Knowledge about the 'western' business style preferred

• Strong team player and self-steering, with exceptional organizational and time management skills

• Customer oriented mindset

Experience and education

• 4+ years of experiences

• IT / production system understanding (hardware + software + interconnections)

• Experience in SW operating systems

• Work experience from automotive, automation or mechanical field

• Willingness to travel

• Bachelor’s Degree in technical engineering (automotive, automation or mechanical field preferred)

• Previous technical service experience preferred
