As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for communicating with customer and handling technology issue, improving the satisfaction, for Robotics & Discrete Automation Business Area in Shanghai, China.

Reporting to the Service Team Leader, you will support and coordinate with customers.

Your responsibilities

• Supporting and coordinating with customers based in Shanghai
• Being familiar Robot technology, skilled in ABB repair is in plus
• Being familiar with Hotline and having good experience
• Being familiar paint robot
• Setting up ethernet network, skilled in connected service is in plus
• Familiar SFDC system or the same system
• Communicating with customer and handling technology issue, improving the satisfaction

Your background

• 3 years of Robot work experience. Familiar Robot technology and quality, skilled in ABB robotics is plus
• A University degree or above. Major related with electrical. Condition may be relaxed for outstanding and rich experience people.
• Fluency in English listening, speaking & writing is a plus
• Must be honest and good team player
• Good communication and interpersonal skills. Strong learning ability
