Job Description 工作职责:

  • Provide project technical support service for the project in operation;

在运营过程中,为项目提供技术支持服务;

  • Provide after sale technical services;

提供售后技术服务;

  • Follow up and execute the Service Center management policies and procedures;

遵循并执行服务中心管理政策和流程;

  • Execute equipment installation and commissioning as well as troubleshooting independently;

独立进行设备的安装和调试,以及故障处理;

  • Register the details of the commissioning in the daily report or commissioning report;

做好调试记录,并将其记录于每日工作报告或者调试报告;

  • Provide technical support with upgrade and modernization and timely provide details of upgrade/modernization to project responsible people for making the necessary documentation updates;

为升级改造提供技术支持,并及时将升级改造的信息传达给项目负责人以便做好必要的文件更新;

- Conduct equipment maintenance and technical support to customer - including troubleshooting on site, preventative maintenance services and supervision/advisory service remotely;

向客户提供设备维修以及技术支持-包括现场的疑难问题排解,预防性维护服务和远程的监督/咨询服务;

  • Provide operation and technical training to our customer;

为我们的客户提供运营以及技术培训;

  • Assist spare parts and maintenance service sales;

协助备件以及维修服务销售;

  • Assist schedule management and cost control in onsite service;

在现场服务过程中协助进度管理以及成本控制;

  • Assist to coordinate local and overseas support to client;

协助给客户提供国内外的支持;

  • Collect information of spare parts & service support needs from clients and OT project managers;

从客户以及奥图泰项目经理收集备件以及服务支持需求的信息;

  • Assistant project team and foreign engineers in installation, start-up and commissioning on site;

协助项目团队和国外工程师在现场的安装、启动以及调试工作;

  • Assist to follow up of the payment and invoices in after sales service;

协助跟进销售过程中以及售后的付款以及***事宜;

  • Cooperate with sales to develop new customer, keep good relationship with existing customer, and enhance the degree of the customer satisfaction;

配合公司销售人员开发新客户,维护与老客户的合作关系,提高客户的满意度;

  • Report (potential) accidents in time if any;

发现事故/隐患及时报告;

  • Other tasks assigned by line manager;

主管交代的其他工作。


Job Requirement 岗位要求:

  • Good command of STEP7,TIA Portal, RSLOGIX,PLC program tools and WinCC,Factory HMI software tools;

精通西门子 STEP7、TIA Portal, RSLOGIX,PLC编程软件、熟练使用WinCC、Factory view等HMI软件;

  • Be proficient in E-LADDER,STL and other programming language;

精通常规编程语言,梯形图,STL 和其他高级语言;

  • Be proficient in Siemens and AB PLC hardware configuration;

精通西门子和AB PLC 的硬件配置,组态;

  • Be experienced in devicenet、profibus, ASI etc;

精通devicenet、profibus, ASI等现场总线设置和编程;

  • Be experienced in Siemens and ABB inverter communication and program such as MM440,ASC880,Sinamic etc;

精通西门子,ABB 变频器配置,通讯和编程,如MM440,ASC880,Sinamic S120等;

  • Familiar with PSC7, AB or ABB DCS program software;

熟悉PSC7,AB 或ABB DCS 编程软件;

  • Familiar with Siemens servo system and program software (Simotion Scout);

熟悉西门子伺服系统以及编程软件(Simotion Scout)优先;

  • Can handle the on-site large scale equipment programming(I/O>200) & commissioning independently;

独立完成过大中型设备(设备I/O大于200点)程序的编写和现场调试;

  • Bachelor degree or above, major in Automation, Mechatronics or other related major.

电气自动化、自动控制、机电一体化相关专业本科及以上学历;

  • 5 years or above relevant experiences in PLC or DCS commissioning& programming;

5年以上设备PLC或DCS编程调试工作经验;

  • Flexibility to travel according to the company practice and business needs;

能根据公司和业务要求出差;
