As a Service Coordinator you will be responsible for the financial performance of the order and customer satisfaction, in Process Automation Business Area in Shanghai, China.

Reporting to the Service Manager, you will make sure that all necessary data has been registered in the ERP system.

Your responsibilities

  • Supporting and managing 24 hours service availability / emergency duty. Coordinating and planning all service/repair jobs together with the customer (applying the BU policies). Coordinating the service job with the necessary resource, parts etc.
  • Handling of BU internal service job assignments. Ensuring the right technical specifications as per customer requirements
  • Ensuring that services are carried according to Occupational, Health and Safety (OHS) and Quality requirements (working instructions)
  • Managing the service order process from quotation to invoicing
  • Managing the service execution process by using DSA for job planning and data recording incl. finalization. Ensuring data quality during service execution
  • Being responsible for the financial performance of the order and customer satisfaction. Making sure that all necessary data has been registered in the ERP system (commercial issues)
  • Working closely with the Technical Advisor on technical issues (incl. warranty cases)
  • Coordinating/communicating with End User Sales regarding customer status. Giving feedback regarding market intelligence to the relevant functions (e.g. business development, sales, etc.)

Your background

  • 3 to 5 years of related working experience, using a variety of different selling approaches and skills and has a strong sales drive and sales process orientated thinking
  • Sound knowledge of the main commercial terms and risks, values business ethics & compliance and integrity principles
  • Knowledge of Market and Business Intelligence
  • Building long term customer relationships and must be customer orientated
  • A bachelor’s degree or above of Marine/Mechanical engineering/Shipping/Business
  • Fluency in English communication skill
  • Must be a good team player and customer oriented
