Synopsis:
As a Service Consultant at English Centers, you will communicate with EF student on a daily base. Answer inquiries, solve problems, deal with complaints and reach students’ satisfaction of their study experience
The role:
The Student Service Coordinator plays a key role in EF schools. You are a problem solver for our current students. You work closely with both Marketing, Sales and central IT team, to make sure that we deliver the best service to our students.
You will:
1. Coordinate with Central SSC and other concerned departments for all students' issues
2. Make monthly phone coaching call to all students and edit in system
3. Handle normal technical issues and defects in center and help to communicate with relevant departments on serious issues (Central SSC or IT)
4. Reception and greeting customers, and work with course consultant to handle direct leads in a professional and efficient way
5. Center equipment maintenance, center display and center stock checking and monitoring
You have/are:
1. Bachelors degree in related field or equivalent
2. Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
3. Excellent interpersonal communication skills
4. Self-motivated; detail oriented; flexible; able to work under pressure.
5. Knowledge of relevant computer applications
6. Fluent English communication skill
