The Role:

Service Administrator will mainly support Rieter China service team and back office, to manage the service activities, to support service task, this role is to assist service coordinators, C-point and field service engineers on the daily operation.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for issuing work orders for service engineer and follow up in SAP system.

• Complete monthly accounting in SAP system.

• Check AIF time sheet & Expense sheet for service engineer.

• Tickets and hotel booking, checking .

• Prepare the VISA, travelling documents etc.

• Prepare tools, working clothes and shoes for service engineer

• Consolidate service performance report.

• Paper work assigned by C-point, e.g., FAX translation, order sheet translation etc.

• Create regular material orders via CORN.

• Follow up with customers on the delivery and returning on particular parts.

• Assist other routine work for service supporting and C-point

Qualification:

The Ideal candidate is likely to have the following competences:

• Education: Bachelor degree or above.

• At least 3 years customer service experience with high potential

• Must have passion for customer service

• Good team player, Good interpersonal and networking skills

• High energy, self-starter, customer-oriented attitude, flexible and friendly.

• Excellent written and spoken English

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office

• Skillful on SAP and Lotus notes
