Responsibilities:
1. Develop and validate bioinformatics algorithms to analyze DNA/RNA sequencing.
2. Manage, mentor and develop a team of bioinformatics scientists and software developers.
3. Deliver new, creative bioinformatics products (software or pipeline) within the defined schedule to support the product development requirements of the company.
4. Evaluate new and emerging genomic and develop bioinformatic implementation strategies.
5. More than three years working experience in related bioinformatics or molecular biology research, led the research projects independently, have excellent scientific research ability.
6. Programming skills in at least one of the language: Python, Perl, C, R or other similar languages.
7. Familiar with Linux environment and statistical methods.
8. In-depth knowledge in NGS data analysis software/tools and databases.
9. Ability to work in cross-functional teams across different locations
10. With high sense of responsibility and highly engaged, have strong ability of innovation, coordinating and decision making, leading technical team to complete project;

Required Qualifications:
1. Ph.D. degree
2. At least three years working experience, include post-doc experience.
3. Speak both Chinese and English.
4. At least two publication in related fields.
