Our client's businesses span the petrochemicals, fiber, textiles, cement, specialty chemicals, retail, maritime transport, telecommunications, real estate and financial services sectors. 職務說明

You will begin as a core member of the team while your main focus will be on helping get the Venture Capital Engine off the ground, occasionally you may be asked to help consult interdisciplinary teams on matters ofregarding financial investment.

• Design and build a new venture capital engine that is responsible for locating investment opportunities in emerging technology fields
• Help identify and develop new growth opportunities in fields of data analytics, AI, robotics, digital services, and emerging technologies
• Create compelling new value propositions for the Group
• Design organizational structures and strategic assets to help the company drive its own innovation
• Build investment relationships, strategic partnerships, and business networks with start-ups, VC funds, Universities, and organizations in the field of emerging technologies
• Monitor and help incubate any start-ups that the Group decides to invest in
• Develop and write analytics reports on emerging technology and provide industry network connections that may provide strategic value to its subsidiaries

• Must have at least 8-10 years of working experience as an investment analyst and/or have significant experience in the emerging tech field
• You should have demonstrable experience taking an idea from theory and analysis into a market launch. For instance, this could be as an entrepreneur, a core member of a startup, a venture capitalist, or a product or marketing manager at a multinational corporation
• Candidates must be adept at designing business models, market research, and financial modeling
• Professional fluency in both Mandarin Chinese and English is required
• An undergraduate degree with a high GPA from a selective four-year university with a transcript offering evidence of strong performance in both quantitative and verbal areas of study. Top tier MBA highly preferred
• You should have the ability to coach and teach other entrepreneurs, designers and executives about emerging technology businesses and energize the community with an entrepreneurial spirit
• You are able to combine human stories and needs with hard data to identify a compelling path forward for product, service and venture creation
• Successful candidates will combine rigorous business acumen across all of the following areas, along with world-class depth in one or two: Marketing (Product or Brand), Product Development, Organizational Behavior, Operations, or Finance
