Job Duties:

• Provide professional underwriting and sales support for Life Agency channel, on P&C products from preparing new and renewal quotation to closing sales

• Achieve business target

• Work with business stakeholders to drive sales and resolve operational issues

• Employ effective insurance underwriting risk control on assigned cases. Properly manage and follow company underwriting rules

• Handle customer enquiries and provide full support to urgent cases

• Participate in ad hoc projects and perform UAT testing

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree Holder/Holder of ACII / ANZIIF is preferred

• At least 3-4 years of solid working experience in insurance underwriting service, policy administration and customer services

• Preferably working in Insurance field and solid experience in underwriting

• Good interpersonal skill, Self-motivated, independent, able to work under pressure and well organized and being a good team player

• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese

• A good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Quick learner, self-motivated, strong in working with details, with strong sense of responsibility and result oriented

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
