Senior Transaction Business Sales Manager (Job ID: 2344)

Responsibilities

• To develop, formulate and implement of payment strategies and initiatives to improve revenue and the profitability from related payment products and services for different customer segments in the Bank
• To achieve the business targets and objectives through planning, formulation and implementation of payment strategies and initiatives
• To build comprehensive channel management to monitor related payment products and services delivery through different departments or divisions in the Bank
• To drive for continuous improvement in procedure and operation to improve service quality and productivity via innovative channels or platforms
• To monitor, track and evaluate related delivered by different channels and ensure high efficiency and productivity of the campaigns as well as full compliance with internal and external regulations

Requirements

• University graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Banking or related disciplines
• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in banking sector, preferably with exposure in the credit card business or transaction business
• A good team player, self-motivated, result-oriented, mature, and aggressive with a good sense of marketing
• Capable of driving projects independently and under pressure
• Strong data analysis skills and able to make sound business decisions
• Excellent time management, communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
• PC literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office
