The Senior Training Specialist performs and leads tasks related to the administration of quality compliance and other training activities with minimal oversight.

What you’ll do:

  • Create training modules and/or resources to ensure that SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) are covered.
  • Collect, record, and report metrics and create training files and electronic quizzes.
  • Serve as SME (subject matter expert) for LMS (Learning Management System).
  • Monitor training of employees to ensure compliance.
  • Attend team meetings to discuss progress, initiatives, and/or other matters.
  • Evaluate new software and/or tools.
  • Prepare regular and ad hoc reports for others.
  • Participate in AZ regional and/or global network teams for standards developments and improvements.

Essential for the role:

  • Bachelor's Degree and 7-10 years of experience in an education or training & development function. 

Desirable for the role:

  • Experience developing and delivering training content.

  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment desirable.
