Job Description：

• Deliver training class periodically and provide special training class as needed;
• Schedules, coordinates, and facilitate training class for retail sales;
• Provide ongoing support for sales teams;
• Measure learner transfer of knowledge or skills;
• Audit and update training material;
• Manage E-Learning Systems contents and follow-up test results;
• Maintain positive, professional manner in all interactions of work;
• Supports special projects as assigned.

Requirements：

• Bachelor’s Degree, good Chinese ability,
• 3+ years experience as trainer in home appliance or consumer electronics industry,
• Intermediate level of proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point & Outlook)
• Ability to explain complex subjects in a clear and interesting way as well as emphasize the importance of content
• Ability to travel up to 30%
