Senior Trainer
Grade: C12/AVP
Location: This position will be located on-site in either Jacksonville, FL or Florence, KY.
The Sr. Trainer will work to formulate and implement training process plans, facilitate training, develop new hire curriculum, and communicate with stakeholders. This individual will ensure the successful delivery of the AML/KYC content.
Responsibilities
- This position will primarily facilitate the learning of new and current CSSU staff.
- Ability to partner with other subject matter experts, project teams of varying sizes, and business stakeholders at multiple levels.
- Lead and drive training initiatives
- Deals with problems independently and has latitude to solve complex problems.
- Act as a liaison with key stakeholders for work assignments including asking fact-finding questions, follow up on open items, business audits and help content approval.
- Demonstrated leadership skills in collaborating with all levels of management in implementing solutions to improve overall business results.
- Design and develop training programs that adhere to the spirit of policies, processes and procedures
- Provide oversight to all on the job training materials utilized within CSSU
- Ensure NA Cards is aligned with governance expectations specific to training and procedures
- Build and maintain onboarding materials
- Market available training opportunities to key stakeholders with the business to ensure success
- Conduct needs assessment and identify skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed
- Maintain updated curriculum database and training records

Amend and revise training materials as necessary to ensure regulatory compliance
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or comparable experience in NA Cards or AML
- Exceptional one-on-one and group presentation, facilitation and communication skills
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Leadership, drive and results focus
- Demonstrated understanding of KYC policies is a plus
- Strong knowledge of Cards customers and systems (IBS, FDR, Sawgrass, RPLID etc…) is a plus
- Experience in creation and delivery of training material
- Knowledge of instructional design theory and implementation
- Strong Microsoft Office Suite knowledge, (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
