Senior Trade Services Manager (Job ID: 2389)
Responsibilities
To manage a team engaged in processing import/export trade finance transactions and factoring , including Factoring in accordance and ensure the prescribed service level standard is achieved.
To monitor and control workflow and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies and guidelines.
To monitor team's performance and suggest system improvements for maximizing productivity and operational efficiency.
To coach and develop the expertise of team members in trade finance
To take up ad hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements
University graduate in Business Administration or related discipline.
A minimum of 10 years' working experience in banking/financial service industry, of which at least five years in trade finance/trade services at managerial level.
Sound knowledge of UCP, URR, URC, URDG, ISP98, ISBP, BPO, Incoterms & SWIFT etc.
Knowledge and experience in IT/workflow/system/application implementation.
Strong communication and project management skills.
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
