Job Responsibilities
1. Skincare Brands Commercial Plan Development
l With good understanding on skincare market and trend, target consumer needs and behavior, shopper psychology and shopping journey;
l Develop brand building strategy and media strategy;
l Lead agency to develop 360° integrated marketing plan, and execute with excellence;
l Collaborate with multi-function team to improve in-store brand building.
2. Internal resources consolidation
l Utilize Internal marketing team and online/offline resources to optimize communication plan;
l Cross-functionally communicate with QA, legal, finance, IT team to ensure smooth marketing activities’ completion.
3. Funding Management
l Support management of marketing budget with strong control of Budget spend & record
l Keep enlarging the qualified agencies pool, execute the tendering / bidding process to gain for better service with reasonable cost
Qualifications:
1. University graduate with over 3 years managerial experience in Marketing & Branding development of beauty industry
2. Team player, multi-tasking, good time management with the ability to deliver high quality work within tight schedule
3. Good knowledge and insights into skincare market.
4. Good communication in both English and Chinese
5. Category management experience is a plus
