Purpose of job

Define TPM roadmap and roll out TPM in AME APAC.

Support the Grundfos Operation and stakeholders with correct master data on SAP Maintenance module SAP PM.

To ensure all production sites follows same rules for setting up master data in each unit. This also to support solutions and root cause analyzes.

• With stakeholders describe needed KPI's for efficiency, productivity and correct use of operation master data.
• Analyze data on a monthly basis before sharing with stakeholders.
• Train new local process consultants, make training material and execute training.
• Perform Group workshops to align set-up of maintenance master data.
• Make the needed processes, procedure and instructions to data owner and implement them in Grundfos Operation.
• Describe maintenance routines in a maintenance department. Roles and Responsibility within maintenance of equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• TPM driver and facilitator for APAC plants
• Improve Maitenanace process and performance
• Drive master data in APAC operations - focus on maintenance
• Monthly analyze of data and share them with stakeholders
• Introduce and train local users of operation maintenance data and KPI's
• implement procedures and instruction
• Ensure each ME Maintenance unit in APAC have the needed competences and equipment.

Qualifications

• Sc or M.Sc. in Engineering
• TPM Training for Trainer Certificate
• Knowledge about maintenance routines from a job in a maintenance department.
• Experience within business processes development and management systems
• Experience user of SAP or similar ERP system.
• Experience as teacher/trainer will be an advantage
• Familiar with relevant IT tools
• English language required, high level written and spoken
