Job duties:

• Manage workstation, end-user and IT security support, and investory monitoring
• Assist on all infrastructure aspects of IT support for their regional office in Hong Kong
• Liaise and coordinate wiht IT vendors on procurement
• Manage system performance and handle troubleshoot system performance issue
• Provide support on IT related projects

Job requirements:

• At least 6 years of experience in IT infrastructure and IT support
• Hands on expereince in O365, MS AD, Azure Cloud, VMware, Exchange Server amd DNS
• Proficient level of English
• Has solid experience in working with different levels within an organisation
• Good communication skills and strong sense of responsibility
