Be in charge of the whole operation of supply Chain Management including production and material planning, customer service, warehouse and logistics . Responsibility to develop and execute supply chain strategies and take a lead in supply chain operations.

Main Responsibility:

1. Proactively manage the supply chain team to expedite shortages by identifying issues and internal problems.

2. Manage the planning and warehouse teams to ensure deliver the stock planning and replenishment process from demand planning, safety stock, MOQ review to material planning.

3. Oversee customer demand, stock and supply planning to ensure excellent customer service while maintaining optimum stock level.

4. Generate supply forecasts/purchase request based on aggregate customer demand and identify optimum levels of inventory availability.

5. Work with the production teams to develop right inventory management and cost reduction procedures.

6. Monitor stock values and quantities and manage regular stock audits, both internally and externally, to maintain a high stock accuracy.

7. Production planning and control in order to meet customers’ sales requirement (on-time delivery)

8. Interface with different departments (Sales, Production, Quality, Finance, Logistics etc.) to resolve delivery issues and improve processes.

9. Take a lead in customer service and maintain good relationship with internal and external customers.

10. Any other reasonable request to meet the business needs. Being a member of management team, involved in the design and implement new processes to improve supply chain effectiveness.

11. Design the most efficient possible SC organization after proper audit of the current situation

12. Elevate the capability of SC organization.

13. Design, drive and entertain S&OP from scratch

Requirements:

1. 10 years working experience in Supply Chain in a manufacture environment

2. Bachelor in Supply Chain Management, Commercial, or Economics .Prefer MBA

3. Extensive experience across in all areas of supply chain (logistics, warehouse, planning, procurement etc.)

4. Strong ability in organizing, associating, analyzing and solving problems

5. Target orientated and track record of successfully working to tight deadlines

6. Constructively deals with conflict. Adapts style to suit the situation.

7. Good in speaking, listening, reading and writing English
