This role will contribute as a project SME to GI Distribution BAU and Transformation projects and assist the Head of Dept to manage retail strategic distribution projects

Role & Responsibilities:

• Assisting Dept Head to drive transformation of the department and manage stakeholder communication and relationship with different counterparts within the company
• Providing business insight and data analytic support to business heads

• Actively participate and be the representative from Retail business to articulate business requirements to project teams
• Monitor the distribution related projects progress to ensure all business initiatives are delivered on plan
• Work with other departments to drive digitalization of retail business
• To coordinate annual strategy and financial planning exercise

• Provide analytic insights from different angles to monitor Retail business

Job Requirements:

• At least 5 years solid experience in driving digital transformation of GI business
• Sound project management skills
• Innovative and customer centric mindset to deliver GI retail products and services that support the realisation of GI BU strategic objectives and deliver a superior end to end client experience
• Excellent MI and data analytics skills
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build mutually beneficial internal and external relationships
• Well developed written and spoken English language skills
