Senior Staff Relations Manager (Job ID: 2608)
Position Summary
Responsible for managing the Staff Relations team to plan, implement and coordinate the corporate social responsibilities programmes, corporate volunteers services, Staff Sports and Recreation Club activities, and staff relations, staff engagement as well as well-being activities.
Responsibilities
- To lead the Staff Relations team in promoting employer brand and staff engagement by organising and executing staff relations/staff engagement/well-being programmes, CSR/Volunteer and Sports and Recreation programmes, with positive impact within the Bank and the community.
- To plan, develop and execute CSR/volunteering and sports and recreational activities and to ensure the planned activities/programmes are delivered in a quality and efficient manner.
- To supervise subordinates to administer staff relations programmes (such as Employee Assistance Programme, the Staff Privileges Scheme, the Long Service Awards and the Retirement Awards, and other staff health and caring programmes) and continuously innovate the programmes to drive positive staff experience and engagement.
- To act as the Primary Designated Complaint Officer of HR Department to escalate/handle customer complaints (to staff) as when appropriate.
- To foster and drive bank-wide communication by coordinating the smooth and timely publication of BEA Staff Newsletters and develop innovative communication channels for better staff communications on the staff relations activities.
- To prepare the annual budgets and related expenses reports of the planned activities.
- To support ad-hoc or special projects in relation to staff engagement and staff relations as required.
Requirements
- University graduate, preferably in Human Resources Management, Corporate Communications or related discipline.
- Minimum 6 years’ experience in employees relations and/or CSR and corporate social services.
- Ability to build trust and rapport with different stakeholders in the Bank and lead a team to ensure the activities are delivered smoothly.
- Strong planning, project management, collaboration, interpersonal, communication, writing and presentation skills.
- A good team player, innovative, analytical and well-organized.
- PC literate with good knowledge of MS Office.
