Senior Specialist Quality Assurance.   This person will support the

implementation of TrackWise Digital and Power BI to serve as the consolidated complaint handling solution for the ARDx division.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Scope Summary

  • End-to-end implementation including design, development, training, initial subscriptions, and technical support transition.
  • Covers all five ARDx business units allowing for distinct product categories requiring multiple workflows, unique automation for investigations, regulatory assessments, multiple disparate data sources
  • The program will require continual feedback, checkpoints, remediation windows based on best-practice learnings from other Abbott divisions.
  • Delivered by cross functional team representing Division QA, Global Intake Hub Network, Manufacturing Site Reps, ARDx IT and Abbott BTS

Core Team Business Subject Matter Expert (SME) Role

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a Cardiometabolic SME for the assigned workflow and product/service group.
  • Liaise with the wider complaint handling community across all location/BU’s to gather input on other locations working on similar product/service groups.
  • Collaborate to define user requirements and document within User Requirement Specification.
  • Support the technical team in translating the User Requirements into technical specifications.
  • Collaborate with other process SMEs to understand upstream and downstream requirements to ensure a consistent end to end workflow.
  • Test software prototypes and provide feedback to developers on functionality and required features.
  • Participate in cross-functional discussions to resolve process and technical hurdles.
  • Support communication of project progress to sites/BU’s.
  • Participate in writing user test scripts to support software validation.
  • Perform user acceptance testing of finished modules.
  • Contribute to writing of work instructions and user training material.
  • Support system rollout and hyper care.
  • Promote adoption of the system by colleague by acting as a product champion and providing informal advice and coaching to supplement formal training.
  • Contribute to gathering of lessons learned from project.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum 5 years of Quality Assurance experience within regulated industries
  • Scientific/technical qualification relevant to assigned product/service area
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience processing complaints within an enterprise system
  • Comprehensive knowledge of one or more areas of ARDx business.
