WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Manages RFP/Proposal projects in a timely manner with impeccable communication and clarity
• Searches for and gathers solicitations. Working pro-actively with commercial team to project manage proposals
• Ensure content in electronic system is up to date and used within full compliance of Abbott policies
• Analyze request for proposal requirements and documents including collecting commercial, financial and technical information.
• Responsible for assisting Bid & Proposal Manager as required in maintenance and administration of the processes, systems and tools

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING

• Bachelor’s Degree is required
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience building and submitting contract, bid and proposals, including in the US Federal Market Space; preferably in Medical Diagnostics Sales/Healthcare industry
• Strong MS Office Suite skills
• Familiarity with automated proposal systems. Qvidian preferred not required
• Strong technical writing skills preferred
• Ability to work with multi-functional teams
• Ability to problem solve and willingness to be a driver and initiate action
• Attention to detail and accuracy
