TITLE: Sr. Special Sale Executive
Report to: Operation Manager - Special Sale & Service
Job Responsibility:
Ensure all special operations are maintained in an effective, up to date and accurate manner.
Plan & organize commercial projects/activities such as Public sale/Staff sale (incl. on-line internal sale)/Pop-up store/Animations &etc.
Lead temp sales team (incl. temp staff recruitment & training), contractor/security with clear working plan & guidelines.
Smart & effective plan on the customer inviting to ensure the attendee rate target to be reach.
Discover & understand the customer needs, assist line manage to design the Service Program to maintain Hermes Service meet group requirement.
Mystery shopper data book management/products refund tracking.
H-Smile Service newsletter.
Support to all service initiative projects.
Provide support on regular works and daily data statistics.
Closely liaise with Logistic dept. to manage the out-seasonal/slow moving items without discrepancy.
Manage Staff Uniforms incl. budget & distribution.
Collect and analyze the sales data monthly for wholesale/Corporate gifts & by project for Special events.
Maintain/update office files, confidential records and contracts.
Perform all other related duties as required.
Requirements & Capabilities:
Degree holder or above
Minimum 3 years' operation experience and preferable in retail industry
Excellent ability to quickly identify problems & recommend solutions and be able to work under pressure
With good communication skill and a good team player
Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
Computer literacy (Microsoft office: Excel, PPT)
