Senior Solution Manager - 售前技术总监

Key responsibilities:
1.Basing on company strategy, keep tracking the market development trends and study on relevant customer needs in feed industry, mainly including poultry & livestock feed, aquatic feed, pet food, ruminant feed, etc.;
2.Identify customer pain points and develop regional project solution requirement analysis report according to different regional market characteristics, then feedback to the Product & Solution Department to organize solution team, carry out the project set up, process design, promotion and other work, responsible for the market success of the project solution;
3.Focus on incubation of technical solutions from Zero to 1, form benchmarking cases, participate in various exhibitions and technical seminars on behalf of the company, conduct external promotion and publicity, and support the regional sales team to replicate the technical solutions from 1 to N;
4.Assist in building the localization capabilities, construct the ecological chain of technology, products and solutions, introduce and manage partners, establish Product & Solution database and continue to manage;
5.Organize and carry out technical guidance before key project targets, assist marketing and sales team in technical solution presentation, product sizing, planning and design, solution preparation, bidding support, project implementation and delivery technical support, etc.

Requirements:
1.More than 8 years’experiences in feed plant system integration, plant planning or engineering design (experience with Buhler Group, ANDRITZ Feed and Biofuel, AMANDUS KAHL or Van Aarsen International is preferred);
2.Have a deep understanding and cognition of feed industry technology development status and prospects, feed factory (poultry & livestock feed, aquatic feed, ruminant feed, pet food) solution development trends and market demand;
3.Have channels and capacity of providing integrated solutions;
4.Led, participated in pre-sales support and successfully landed 50 million RMB (individual project amount) and more large-scale projects.
5. Able to speak fluent English, Germany or Danish
