- Being a Night Shift Senior/ Leader in IT Contact Centre/ Service Desk
- Perform system operation & maintain IT/ Contact Centre procedures
- Conduct daily system administration, troubleshooting, apply remediation to system problems and resolve users enquiries
- Higher cert. with 3-5 yr. exp. preferably in IT or Contact Centre field
Job Responsibilities
- Being a Night Shift Senior/ Leader in IT Contact Centre/ Service Desk
- Perform system operation & maintain IT/ Contact Centre procedures
- Control data backup and restoration.
- Conduct daily walkthroughs and routine checking of the computing services.
- Conduct daily system administration, troubleshooting, apply remediation to system problems and resolve users enquiries
- Daily support the operational tasks
- Perform the change and configuration management.
- Meet the corresponding service level agreement (SLA)
- Develop and maintain operational procedures and performance statistics for all computer systems.
- Write system scripts to schedule and monitor the performance of systems.
Job Requirements
- Higher Certificate holder or above in IT or related disciplines
- 3-5 year experience preferably in Information Technology or Contact Centre field
- Knowledge in Microsoft Windows Active Directory, Exchange Server and AIX/Linux Administration is an advantage
- Knowledge in Data Center Operation or holding any Professional Certificate is an advantage
- Good interpersonal communication skill
- Responsible and mature, have a sense of ownership
- Able to work at 7x24 mainly night shift
- Fluent in spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Service Desk Specialist
